I fixed it by uninstalling a third-party driver.
Terrible 'Loudness Equalization' and no way to turn it off (no Enhancements tab). So i have read a bit of the problem you have some ppl say that if you have more then 1 audio software driver installed you might not have the Loudness Equalization i will type the hole massage under here this problem started after i got a notification from windows that my realtek audio driver had been updated. Are you sure you are in the right headset settings and not on like you tv sound or something like that you can also try to remove the hd audio drivers and see if its comeback you dont really need it
